The Deluge® DWR (durable water repellent) treated shell fabric is windproof, snag-resistant and quick to dry, while remaining lightweight. The quilted Polarguard® 3-D insulation is as cozy as a warming hut and retains loft and thermal value even when wet. Details run the cold-shunning gamut: an elasticized, integrated hood design for a truer, more sheltering fit; an extended length to keep bums drier and warmer; full, two-way front zipper with an internal wind flap and chin-saving zipper garage; zippered, insulated handwarmer side pockets; covered elastic wrist closures to seal out the cold; a drawcord hem.
