The Santa Peak is one of Columbia's best sellers for babies. It's made from a very weather resistant fabric making it great for a range of cold weather activities.

Mom's thoughts: The best thing about this set is the fleece lining. Usually just the body of the jacket is lined, so we like the fact that they realized babies get cold limbs very quickly. We also like the adjustable bibs - three sets of snaps allow for over an inch and a half of growth. The bibs have a full zipper around the legs, so that diapers can be changed without having to take off the jacket and bibs - very handy! The elbows and knees are reinforced to hold up to a season of crawling. The hood is not adjustable and doesn't look like it would stay on with any sort of movement, so we recommend a hat with this outfit. Unfortunately, the hood is not removeable so I guess you could say it acts as sort of a scarf. The decal on the shoulder is a snowboarding dog that says "Dog on it!" Not our favorite, but at least it's small and only on the toddler line. It does feel a little thin, so if you live in a very cold region, you might want to consider something else. If it's cold only once in a while, you could probably get away with layering on really bad days.
