Spyder Authentic Insulator Jacket
The Spyder Authentic Insulator USA Jacket is is a quilted, water repellant, breathable, insulated jacket for milder weather or as a layer under a waterproof shell or jacket.The body of this jacket is Waterproof by Construction High Count Polyester Taffeta with Spylon™ Water Repellent Finish. Spylon™ is a durable water repellent finish (DWR) applied to the fabric exterior to prevent the garment from absorbing surface moisture. Spylon™ is a top-rated performer retaining 80% effectiveness after 20 washings. It also guards against water and oil-based stains.
The insulation in the body and sleeves is Spyder's own ThermaWeb™ 160gm which is an ultra-warm, high-loft insulation. The sleeves and hood are ThermaWeb™ 120 gm. Spyder’s own ultra-warm, high-loft synthetic insulation, ThermaWeb™ contains ultra-fine polyester fibers that trap and hold body heat.
